Are you over 18 and living in Akershus? If so, you may be among the 150,000 randomly selected residents invited to participate in the Public Health Survey in Akershus.
From 10 November to 1 December 2025, Akershus County Council will conduct the Public Health Survey in collaboration with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and the municipalities. The survey is carried out by Ideas2Evidence on behalf of the Institute of Public Health and Akershus County Council.
What do we ask about?
The survey includes questions about health, well-being, quality of life, local environments, and other factors that influence public health in Akershus. It takes an average of 20 minutes to complete. The survey is available in Norwegian Bokmål, Norwegian Nynorsk, English, Arabic, Polish, and Ukrainian.
How does the survey work?
If you are selected to participate, you will receive a personal link via SMS and email. You can save your progress and complete the survey in stages.
Gift card lottery
Those who complete the survey will enter a draw for 10 gift cards worth 1,000 NOK each.
It is safe to participate
We care about your safety. The survey and subsequent data processing follow strict privacy regulations. For more information about privacy and data security, see the website of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health.
Data cannot be traced back to individuals. Results will only be published at group level, not for individuals.

Public Health Survey in Akershus 2025
The aim of the Public Health Survey is to gain an overview of health and quality of life in the adult population.
The responses we receive will provide an updated picture of how residents in Akershus are doing, and what promotes health and quality of life in our county. Results will be published continuously.
