The project is funded by the EEA Funds 2014-2021 Education Program. Through the EEA Funds, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway contribute to reducing economic and social disparities in the European Economic Area (EEA) and strengthening cooperation with 15 European countries.

Our partner in the project is the non-profit organization Really Healthy School from the Czech Republic. We believe we can contribute to the field of inclusive education in the Czech Republic with new meaningful ideas. We propose to enrich the approach to inclusive education with practical activities and a
new, attractive topic of cooking, sharing food and dining. Cooking, dining and related food activities present sovereign cultural affairs. It is an area where it is possible to show the diversity of cultures, and at the same time, it is a space for getting to know each other and getting closer.

During the 2021/ 2022 school year, 1 RMA restaurant and food processing students made several videos and shared them with our Czech partners. The videos, recorded by our media and communication students in our school kitchen, showed some of the traditional Norwegian recipes and served as signposts for our partners, who later prepared them on their premises.

We look forward to further collaboration as we are committed to this project and its best delivery.
